TF2 Cannot started server

I'm used Ubuntu 12.04 amd64 (64bit)
When i started up server with gameserver user not root user
It's look like this

Googleing the errors help alot -.-

ALSO:
Check the Permissions (chmod) of the server files and check which user owns (chown) them. This can also cause crashes if not set correct
