Unknown Messages In The Chat Zone

Hi, I'm P0T@T0 H@CK3R I Just Created A CS 1.6 Server A Couple Of Minutes Ago But The Server Is Showing Some Message On The Not Of AmXmodX Messages It's Some @@Bad_Man@@ Dude Maybe The One Who Modded The HLDS installer now i want to know if there are any other ways to show messages on games hud other then amxx.cfg file because i edit that file but nothing happens the message i wanted didn't show up.

I'm Referring to messages that show on the chat/bottom of screen.

there should be a way to remove it, would you like to give us a screenshot?
if this is a hud message,or a normal chat message, it must be from a plugin so it can be edited.

HUD message can be from the map itself.
