How to keep the bot in CSS DeathMatch server?

I got a server from www.gameservers.com and i add their metamod , sourcemod, deathmatchmod for my CSS DM server, but i dont know how to add 6 bots and keep them in server all day, and i dont know how to keep the map so it wont change until admin change it, please help me, thank you:)
