Windows Server 2019 CPU Usage & RAM usage?

i am wanting to use Cloud.co.za and get a 2 core 4GB RAM cloud server for R460.00 per month.

how much cpu usage does windows server 2019 use if i host a counter strike server. how much RAM does windows server 2019 use ? how much resources does counter strike czero use ? if i run in console mode like for example the server has 10/10 players?

The bandwidth on the Cloud server is 10 Gbps Fiber.

i did not use my Moms or dads or brothers bank accounts i ordered it and i woke up and it was paid for.
i did not use my dads bank card or moms or anyones.. i was going to pay for it. i woke up this morning South African time and it was paid for.

I can only speak of my Experience with Source 2007+ Engines, but a Server without a massive Amount of Plugins/Content does take around 500-600mb.
Calculating the CPU is a bit more difficult, i would recommend >this< Tool for a raw Insight.
Its important to know that a single Server uses 3 main Threads, so better get a CPU with many Threads(most of the Time the Core Amount * 2) or Hyper Threading.

He installed teamviewer to upload/download files into his server. I think that alone speaks for itself?

Whats wrong with TV? The File Transfer is super slow yea, but it does its Job as remote control Software. For just a Hand of Servers its the most easy Solution on Win.

ssh into your server? sftp to transfer files in/out? This is the easiest and best solution... and does not require much knowledge to setup at all.
