AlliedModders - Where to find documentation about DM server

Hi guys,

After playing many hours at the C2play german server deathmatch on CS:S I have many questions.
Here there are, I am a complete newbie so sorry to ask potential noob questions:

For those who know this German sever here are some features that I would like to know how they do it:
They create a C2play ID for each player : to allow VIP members to have these bonuses.
How they do that? And they give 15 minutes vip test plus each first players on the servers have vip bonuses until a certain level. And they have a rank system, that modify your pseudo and add stars.

You help us financing the servers.
You get the primary enemy weapon (CT: AK-47, T: M4) each round.
You get a smokegrenade and a flashbang each round (except on Deathmatch servers).
You won't be autokicked if you're afk.
You are personally greated by Knarf each time you join a server.
You get a Desert Eagle each round.
You get a vest and a helmet each round.
You get 3 HEs (on Deathmatch 5) each round.
DEATHMATCH: You have more health - 110 HP.
You are 10 % faster.
You can always get an AWP or Autosniper on Deathmatch.
You respawn faster on Deathmatch.
You don't need to reload the M249, the Deagle and the Pumpgun on Deathmatch.
DEATHMATCH: You get 5 HP bonus for deadly headshots.
DEATHMATCH: You get 1/6 of the damage given to enemies by HEs as a bonus.
You get 25.000 $ each round.
You get 12 magazins for your primary weapon.
You hear a sound if you hit an enemy.
You can speak to Knarf every 5 minutes.

If someone know this server, I would be very glad to read what you know about it. And which documentation should I read to know how it works. (I ve read many topics but it seems to confusing for me there are a lot of information)
