So I Decided To Make It In Menu Form For Fast & Easy Access To List Of Players To Slay.

Hmmm, testers without Steam?
The plugin seems alright while it has many features, but the chat messages and the code and comments are redundant.

So, all you did was remove part of the slay out of existing plugins and add a chat command?

added player menu. so you could choose who to slay instead of doing it all in console

Redundant. That's not enough to consider it as a "new" plugin. Next time, you should post in the plugin thread.
