[REQ] Mute Dead Command
 

Hey, I'm having some problems with a plugin that I'm trying to create... I gave up so, can someone do it for me and I check what I'm doing wrong?

I'm trying to make a plugin that mute dead people.
OnRoundEnd it should remove this mute, without removing the individuals mute.
If someone die and the command is activated, it should mute him too.
If someone join the server it should mute him too.
Staffs mute people by the command /mutedead, and if they want to unmute early (without the round end), /unmutedead
