[CS:S/CS:GO] Jailbreak Box (1.5 01 November 2013)

Required:
SDK Hooks 2.0+.
SM_Hosties 2.0+.

Description:
The Jailbreak Box is popular in CS 1.6 Jailbreak servers.
Terrorists (and only terrorists) can attack each other, as a mini-game.
Some servers has this option as a special day.

How to use it?
Alive CT/admin with "jailbreakbox" override or slay access types the command (sm_box or chat trigger): "Box:"
"1. Enable"
"2. Disable"

No need to explain..

ConVars:
sm_box_enabled - Enable this plugin functionality? [1]
sm_box_version - Jailbreak Box version

Plugin config will be automatically generate in cfg/sourcemod/jailbreakbox.cfg.

Changelog:
1.5 - (01 November 2013)
Added CS:GO support.

1.4 - (18 February 2013)
Fixed every listed problem/error and rewrote the plugin.

1.3 - (04 July 2012)
Fixed the bug that you can receive damage from attacks only.

1.2 - (28 May 2012)
Initial public release.
Fixed more bugs, removed some lines, added boolean to make sure using box and not general friendly fire.
