[L4D & L4D2] Crawl Balancer
 

Hello again. This time I bring you a follow up of crazydog's [L4D] Crawl Balancer concept.

What's different?

• -Uses SDKHooks instead of hooking events.
• -Correctly applies damage when it is needed(no more ledge damage)
• -Calculates when to apply damage differently.

Cvar's

• -l4d2_crawlbalancer_version You know what this is
• -l4d2_crawlbalancer_enable "1" Enable or disable the plugin.
• -l4d2_crawlbalancer_damage "1.3" Multiply incap damage by this when crawling.
• -l4d2_crawlbalancer_speed "15" Speed in hu/s for crawling
• -l4d2_crawlbalancer_time "1.0" How much time in seconds of crawling before they get damage applied

Requirements

• -SDKHooks 2.0 minimum

Note

• -Automatically enables crawling while this is enabled, switching the enable convar will disable crawling.

This looks excellent. Will test... I'd much rather keep crawling rather than just get rid of it. but if I'm going to add it, it better be balanced.



With testing: The only issue that I have found, which is somewhat unrelated I suppose, is that survivors can crawl while they are incapped and being attacked by a hunter.
