[TF2] Spells 1.1

This plugin allows you to cast halloween spells.
It equips the player with a spellbook magazine and fires the spells from there so that the animations play.



Command:
sm_spells [index] | ADMFLAG_GENERIC
sm_spell [index] | ADMFLAG_GENERIC

Cvars:
sm_spells_version - Shows plugin version
sm_spells_cooldown - Spell usage cooldown
sm_spells_cooldown_rare - Rare spell usage cooldown (Added on top of normal cooldown)

Installation:
Put spells.smx into tf/addons/sourcemod/plugins

Can you set a cool down timer?

You can basically spam the commands constantly.

Just for me, can you re-compile the plugin to only have these 3 options only.

"Fireball",
"Swarm of Bats",
"Blast Jump"

It doesn't work, by removing the names listed on the menu.

Unfortunately it still remembers, originally listed number 3 as ("Overheal") even thou it is listed on the menu as "Blast Jump".

this and string empty check does the job just fine~

Also removed sm_spells_cooldown_rare cvar for this one, enjoy

For some reason it keeps incrementing cooldowns for random times, and setting the cooldown just adds more to the cooldown?
