Stupid router that i have !
 
my stupid router that it had aids when he got born and some ebolla disease what ever..

anyway..
i cant open a forward....
in that router :)

Could be your firewall on your router, or on your computer.
Disable them all and see if it start working.

You router could just be bugged and do not work at all for forwarding ports.
I got a router like this, the only way I found out was to use other settings
as DMZ and anything I could find out about forwarding, to forward everything
to my computer.

your probably right i tried enabling DMZ, and alot other stuff...

its seems the router dont forward ports at all...

It may be that your ISP's router doesn't let you, rather than your own. I have the same issue, but I don't mind.

It is right, if you router is behind another router, you also need to configure the other router.
Are you sure the router you are configuring is directly connected to the world wide web?

Doing a trace route could help identify it, here is mine to some ip:

If the number 2. is your ISP's router, instead of the world wide web, you need to setup it (if it allow you) to perform the port forwarding also.
