Whitelist certain client mods on sv_pure_2 server
 

Is there a possibility/plugin to whitelist certain client side modifications like a color-blindness mod, on a server that has otherwise "sv_pure 2" set? Alternatively, if that is not possible I could also settle for whitelisting individual players to use modifications.
