AlliedModders - CS:GO Enemy Collision Glitch

Hey :)

I have a Cs:Go Hns Server for me and my friends.
By a mistake i delete all the Serverfiles and i need to reinstall the Server,but now the collision is buggy.
When i try to jump on the head from the enemy team i just got stucked on him and cant use him as boost
is it my console commands?
