xRedirect and any other plugin published here is designed to work on STEAM-ONLY servers. If you run non-steam go get the hell out of this subforum! Non-steam is illegal and not supported here! Any thread about non-steam will get nuked!

As xRedirect is not that easy to setup it is really nothing to be ashamed off that you need help to get all this stuff to work. In order helping us to help you there are some informations we need in nearby all cases so we are able to help you properly.
If there is an error message you can take part of this error message. Make sure you have searched for this error message already and you have searched the FAQ for it. Ok, the searchfunktion has been used and you are still stuck and xRedirect still refuses to work the way you want. Create a new topic with a short descriptive title, i don't want to see "help" "Problem", "does not work" or something like this anymore.
Try to explain your poblem as good as possible and give us the following informations:
1) your complete serverlist.ini
2) The results of the following comands:

If you don't have direct access to your servers console use your ingame console with "rcon" before each command. And please use bb-code.
