I said i tested it i put the sh_darthmaul.amxx below and still it did not work!

and it won't, what Art didn't notice was that in the changelog you have

*      - Changed model change method to use Ham_Item_Deploy instead of the CurWeapon event.

but if the wolverine plugin your using still uses the curweapon event to set the model then it will end up setting the model after darth maul therefore overwriting it. In order to fix you would either have to alter wolverine to use the same Ham_Item_Deploy method this does or alter darth maul back to the old curweapon method.
