Interestingly, the SM team is going the exact opposite of that route, planning to do away with "rtv" "nextmap", and such, favouring their "!" counterparts.

The problem is with your transaltions folders (like hu es fr... etc) try to use only the main folder with the files (merged from the others) and delete the others. I used to have this problem before and this was the solution.

You should remove #format directives like
"#format" "{1:s}"
from the language files in the subfolders.
