where u add your self as admin to amx_exec?

i cant find where you add yourself as admin to exec, i have access to my UAIO and AMX but not amx_exec... any ideas?

exec not working :?: , i cant find the .ini file to add admins, :idea: i will get the update and replace it with this one though :arrow:
