I wrote a very light / small plugin here wich display what the bot can do now.
Well, I understand your idea, and it can yet be done but not in a very efficient way. I will create your request tomorrow, as my 2nd plugin using this bot.
You can also give a look at the exemple plugin (wich does exactly what you want but give credits points instend of VIP acces)

Anyway guys, HUDGE update tomorrow (for the bot AND the interface), also more clear informations and how to use it (it's kinda messy now.)

God... I mean, thanks ! Like, really, thank you ! But the really best part in that, is that you can see your work appreciated (I guess :3), thank you, thank you very much ! Also, feel free to give me any advice / ideas you got.

Am I meant to change ""Admins": ["234567"]," in the settings.json file?

And for MySteamID, is that the SteamID64 or "STEAM_0:0:00000000" ID?

EDIT: I'm a doofus, it's the "STEAM_" one. Also, SteamBotInterface.exe just freezes and crashes. I'd love to get the errors in the command prompt screen for you but that also freezes and crashes before I can resize the window and get a snapshot.

EDIT 2: Compatibility mode set to XP allowed me to resize the command prompt window and see that the error lies in trying to connect to my database (which may not work from my desktop because my database is on my VPS). So at least now I know what the problem is.

It should definitly be the database connection wich fail, it's the first thing I'm trying to do before lauching the bot. Also, there is a try{}catch(Console.WriteLine()) so you should be able to see the error message, or I can add a line in the log files as well...

But, please, don't download the bot now, I'm going to release a update.

The admin param isn't needed, since I don't use it on my UserHandler class.

I hate to double message but...
UPDATE YOUR STEAMBOT WITH THE LAST ARCHIVE !

I added a way for developper to order the bot to create trade offer with any Steam user.
Also, totally rewrited the TCP server part.

Oh and you can type "LIST" when you chat with the bot to see his inventory (only work if you are the admin, "MySteamID" in settings.json)

Hey, Using Windows 10 the BOT Crashes on start. Maybe I've missed somethin, idk!? :S

Also tested on Windows 2012 Server R2 where the Console just shuts down with no display msg or any windows error dialog.
I must have missed something ?

That's because of your database settings, double check them !
Please, give us some feedback. Did it worked now ?

EDIT:
OH MY GOD! I just noticed that I hard coded the database, my bad. It should be fixed now, really sorry.

UPDATE YOUR STEAMBOT WITH THE LAST ARCHIVE !
I fixed some database errors also printed the message nicely + fixed the startup crash.

What aboout mono for linux users? Does it compile with success?
You can always use node js bots for windows and linux, not sure about osx.
