I'm still using the .35 version but have some feedback. Whenever an admin clicks autojoin to join a team, nothing happens, they remain in spec. I'll install the latest version to check if it's still an issue.

And thanks for the great plugin. It is nice to have some DoD specific things.

Still happening in the latest .4 release. I get the following message when choosing auto join team:

yep all players on our server get the same, we have to choose axis or allies, auto asign does nothing now.

Yes, I'm sorry for that oversight!
Reason is that the value for "Random" is the same values as for "Unassigned", I will fix that tonight with version 0.5!

Some translation ideas for the Mode 2 of the "Mix Teams" feature:

For the winning team:

"Your team is to good. If you win this round again teams will have to be mixed."

For the loosing team:

"Your team is too bad. But don't worry. If you lose this round again teams will be mixed."

my first post in this forum, but reading everything for months...

I'm not sure if i am correct, but swapping teams does not swap points of allied and axis team to the opposite one does it?

Swapping of killsum and deathsum seems to work.

I'd like to use this plugin for assymetric maps like dod_jagd or dod_strand where teams have different objectives and after each round teams should completely be swapped (including points) like swapping is done automatically on TF2-maps like cp_dustbowl or pl_goldrush.

Anyway, good work man!

You can set dod_tms_roundendswap to 0 in your server.cfg file and then create a dod_jagd.cfg and dod_strand.cfg and set dod_tms_roundendswap back to 1 (or whethever the value you want).

This way, only the two maps will have this functionality on.

That is something I wanted to ask to you FeuerSturm. Is there a way to set the plugin to automatically enable the "swap rounds" as soon as a map like dod_jagd appears?
I am asking this because my server has many custom maps and I don't know which of them are like dod_jagd. Even if I knew it is difficult to create a different cvar for every single one.

So I am asking you if you can make a cvar to automatically turn on "Swap Teams" in maps like that. Is it even possible?

CHANGELOG:
  • 27. August 2008 - Version 0.41 NEW!
    - Bugfixes:
    * fixed players not being able to join team "Random"
    - New Features:
    * when swapping teams the team scores as swapped as well
    * added admin command "sm_tms_updateclasslimits" to update
    the default class limits if they have been changed in game.
This is just kind of a Hotfix release as I unfortunately don't have time
to incorporate the features promised for version 0.5 right now,
I'm afraid you'll have to be patient until beginning of next week!

No big changes here, just changing the map should load the updated
version after installing it on your server.

You are correct, swapping the teams did not swap the team scores,
I forgot to add that, thanks for letting me know, it's in now!

As for the using of RoundEnd Swap for only specific maps:
You'd have to use custom map configs (dod_MAPNAME.cfg in folder "\orangebox\dod\cfg\") like MaKTaiL suggested, I'll look into a better (plugin-side!) solution.

Is there a way for you to release at least the High Ping Kicker or the Mix Teams feature this weekend?

You can release it under version 0.45. What do you think? I will be on a long trip this weekend and I won't be able to send the new config package I am doing to my server administrator if you don't release it.

Of course, take as much time as you need. But if you can, release one of this two features (or maybe both xDD) this weekend please.
