figured out.

Segmentation fault
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
Wed May 24 06:14:38 CEST 2017: Server restart in 10 seconds

caused by plugin "weapon_restrict.smx"

this plugin crashes the server instantly after trying to start.

Updated to latest csgo version..

i think we need gamedata update because of offsets

even mapconfigs plugin cause crash
