He would need to type the new name for it? No.
But if You kick a bot then You add a new one - more than likely it will have the new name. :)

This topic is related to the plugin, to control podbot mm on the server. If You want more info about whole podbot mm, You should've read this:

It's not a deal with a plugin. It's a deal with whole podbot mm. The command pb wpmenu is designed to be working only on a listenserver. amxx_podbotmenu is designed to work on a dedicated server (OK - it can work on listenserver, too, but there You can easy invoke the main podbot menu - so You don't need it on a listenserver). So there is no sense to add pb wpmenu to amxx_podbotmenu.
