Normally you can start throwing a Pipe and run around, then stop throwing and keep the Pipe by switching to another Weapon.

While incap you can start throwing and hold it but can't stop throwing.
If you select another Weapon, the Pipe is thrown before switch...

Dunno if this is better to understand :P

Throwing Pipe while incap is very nice, so who cares?

It's not the plugin fault. You can disable this plugin and this bug will be exist.

Sorry, that bug is not in this plugin.
It's l4d2_chainsaw_refuelling.smx's(1.4) bug.
I disable l4d2_chainsaw_refuelling.smx, and
that bug was gone.

Would it be possible for you to use

instead of
PHP Code:

RemoveEdict(i_Weapon); 

. I think it might be crashing my server.

This dont works with me i even changed sourcemod version to the newest but it doesnt work :( I press MOUSE 2 but ... nothing

You the first at which plugin don't work. I don't see any problem. May be you wrong tested the plugin or problem with your server.
