Still, it would be allot easier to just see the plugins witch are actually running. You disabled some of them. I do not want to count each plugin to see how many you have.

However, it is easy to see that you do not have many installed.

I have about 120 plugins running on my sh server (heroes included ofc.). I also have amx super installed, and I keep having a latency under 25 to it. It looks wiered that you have problems with such plugins like that.
But now I do not know about the others plugins you installed, since I did not look at the code for it, but looking at their names they does not look big.

However, if you install plugins only from the approved section, you are pretty sure they works. If you already did this, then I dunno.
