Added Multiple Flag support - Seperate with Space!!

Does this plugin work on tf2 or I'm I missing plugins for this plugin because I'm stuck with I not working plugin

I see no reason why it shouldn't.
But instead of saying "It doens't work" you could post the Errors you are getting or atleast give me some details. My Guess is that you failed the database config like everyone else.

Can you add "Custom" at duration tab and the number you write in chat would be the number of days the VIP lasts.
