last night I noticed a couple typos, I noticed no one had downloaded it yet, so i just snuck in the new sp

1.7
- admin-started vote scramble menu vote
- votemode for public votes. 0 = normal just chat triggering, 1 = triggers a menu vote
- new cvars (seperate %'s for public votes, and menu votes)
- cvar for admin flag who can start scramble votes

couple things I notice... might want to do some mapcfg's have have higher frag ratios on offense v defense maps, especially dustbowl. I set mine at 1.95 for all maps, and I get maybe at most 5 triggers per day.

Maybe instead of measuring frags it should be measuring points? Since points take into account things like captures, defenses, destructions, etc., they can be a more accurate indicator of how effective a player is in their team towards accomplishing the goal of capturing/defending the point. After all, you can get a lot of frags but be low on the scoreboard, or a few frags and be high on the scoreboard, and you can get alot of frags and never even see the map objective.

its measures the winning team's frags

so if blu gets 300 frags, and red gets 150, but blue never gets the objective, it won't scramble

Am I missing some thing? :\
I put the .smx file in the plugins folder, and the config you provided into .cfg's folder, but the plugin doesn't work...

I don't get that auto config link the second poster provided...
(I'm running SourceMod on my server)

it auto-generates the cfg in cfg/sourcemod

if you are running sourcemod 1.1, then you need to compile it against 1.1

I just upgraded to SourceMod 1.2 and still doesn't work...

This plugin and the stupid Hlstatsx are giving my a headache now...:shock:

does it say anything in the error logs?

what does it say when you do sm plugins load/reload gscramble?
