@jeep: dunno what to tell you. The sounds should be working. Just Wondering, is ur server linux?
@timber: This is called "weapon model+sound replacement". I might think about making a player skin replacement plugin if there is not a good one out there. And as for the w_ - I will possibly add another hook for this. I had made this for my GHW server and personally did not want w_ models because then I can't tell what they were on the ground, so i didn't even bother scripting it. But it isn't my opinion that counts right? |

I quick added w_ models.
*While adding this i realized there is a way to make this plugin more efficient (not that it isn't already really efficient). *Also noticed that on maps like aim_map where guns start on floor, the w_ models will remain the same, I'll do a simple check on newrounds to change the models of the spawned guns already in the map. I'll add a newer version in a while. |

I just started messing with the sound replacement. I know for a fact that when I made this I had tested this out and it had worked. I am trying to figure out why the sound hook isn't working anymore. gyar
Edit: Figured it out. I had tested the hook by replacing the knife sound. The hook doesn't want to register any other sounds except knife sounds. So this current version can only replace knife sounds. |

*Added better efficiency by detecting what type of model it is (w_ / p_ / v_)
*Added error logs for precaching (incase you may have typoed the filename) *Fixed bug where armoury entities on the ground on maps such as aim_map would not have the new w_ model on spawn *Updated main post to inform people of the sound replacement error |

wtf can you not read? it's a technical problem. So far there is no "discovered" way to do what we want the sound to do. So hopefully i can find a way to pull it off.
