Easier, lazier method. Your server will hate you, but it'll work.
Change GetCmdArg(1, arg1, sizeof(arg1)); to
arg1 = "@me"
Done.

Oh, don't forget to still change GetCmdArg(2, arg2... to GetCmdArg(1, arg2...
Same for 3, arg3 to 2, arg3.
This also applies to the if (args == #) things.
