native "ArrayGetString" error is generated because this function is included in amxmodx from ver 1.8.1 - just upgrade...

That is not the reason. If that was, he would be getting a different error message.

You compile the files locally.

I'd like to post my problem with this plugin:

Whenever a map was voted for, it would wait till next round (I set the cvar to do that).
Then, on the next round, the map wouldn't change.
It would stay there and never change maps because the plugin set mp_timelimit 0.

My cvar file is attached.

At the time, the only map plugin I was running was Galileo.
I had mapchooser.amxx, timeleft.amxx, and nextmap.amxx paused.

It sounds like a plugin conflict to me. Your mp_timelimit CVAR was set to 0 by Galileo to make sure the map didn't change before the round was over. It being 0 did not result in the map not being changed by Galileo.

Please reenable Galileo, reproduce the issue, and then post a bug report here, and in it, give me the info I ask for here. Thank you.

How am I supposed to compile anything when all the .zip has inside is a .cfg and a .ini?

I have no idea what you downloaded. The ZIP file attached to the first post in this thread contains any number of files, including the SMA.
