Jailbreak Rules

1. WHAT IS JAILBREAK
Jailbreak is a role playing game inside counter-strike and tries to emulate a real prison where it sets players in a jail (for reasons unknown) where they can choose to play either prisoners (T’s) or guards (Ct).
The terrorists represent the prisoners and the Counter-terrorists represent the Officers.
The officers do not want the prisoners to rebel, so they command them around and try to play games with them. Of course it’s up to the terrorists if they want to be the ‘Good boy’ and play all the games or they can try to rebel and gain control over the prison.
The officer’s job here is to keep control over the prisoners and sustain a “civil” environment within the jail, if one tries to escape, they have to warn him and even kill if necessary.

2. GENERAL TERMS-
* Free killing: A terrorist that is killed for no reason and who was following orders, not in prohibited areas, and unarmed.
* Free shooting: Shooting a terrorist without a proper reason (warnings).
* Simon: The person in charge, he deals out the commands both to Ts and CT.
* Vent: Tunnels with a particular length. Small holes in the walls are no vents.
* Rebel: Terrorists (on their way of) attacking CT or having weapons.
*Coins: Coins can be earned by Ts by killing or betting. They are used to shop for items & powers for Ts.
* LR : Last request
If a T survive the whole round and is last prisoner remaining then he gets last request, in which he is given choice to compete against the remaining officers. The lr menu is brought by typing /lr in the chat. There are various challenges, duels and or other games in the lr menu and it is upto the prisoner to choose what he prefers.
The last request should be fair and unbiased. ct should not block any of the players engaged in the last request.
And of course no cheating is allowed.

3. RULES & GAME PLAY
-Rules for CT:
*CT are basically the officers. The officers are trying to gain control over their prisoners by commanding them and playing games, not wanting them to escape or rebel.
*One of the CT has to become the Simon (commander)by typing “simon” in chat.
*A menu for CT can be obtained by typing “menu” in chat.
*Other Ct job is to guard , help the Simon , preventing the rebelling & escaping by the Ts. Guards do not have to play around, especially if your team needs help. The guards are not supposed to use microphone when Simon is giving commands. Also, the Simon can give some task or command to the guards which they will have to follow.
*The whole CT team must have a working & clear microphone.
*When the round starts, Simon has to announce what their prisoners have to do after the cells open. The job of the Simon is to command the Ts through the round, until only one of them is left, so ultimately the losers of the games and the dis-follower Ts will be killed. e.g. – the basic orders for Simon can be “hey guys I am your Simon. No nading, no rebelling, no shoving, no delays, no detours. All prisoners crouch and come inside the middle cage. Gun cell and vent cell are restricted “. Note: the commands like standing/jumping are not applicable when t’s are in the corridor. Whereas freeze command is applicable everywhere outside cells.
*CT cannot kill a prisoner if he has reached the mid-cage w/o following the commands. However, if he is in the middle of the path & and not following the command , CT can surely kill them.(But this is only applicable for “HOW TO COME AND ENTER MID-CAGE COMMANDS”)
*A Simon must never do any type of partiality in the games. The games should be clear and non-partial.
*A Simon cannot give commands to be followed inside the T’s cells. Commands like “No sleeping” does not apply to Ts until they are in their cells. As soon as they come out of the cell that command applies to them. However, the cell in jail_aj_bannamuffin is an exception.
*A CT must never break any vents in the map as vents are meant for the Ts to break. However, it does not matter if any one breaks the vent during LR time.
* If Ts don’t obey the given commands they have to get warned, so they have a chance to stay alive. Depending on the situation, at least one warning has to be given, EXCEPT when the situation is critical. If Ts continue disobeying, didn’t participate in progress of the round (for example: hiding the whole round), or rebel against CT, they can get killed. The CT needs to see this act – being assured because of other factors (hearing something, scoreboard…) is not sufficient. To keep it short: If you didn’t see it then it didn’t happen.
* The commands and played games have to be clear to everyone, and need to get explained, except when they are common, self-explainable, and without modifications (like simon says or standard last reaction), in that case, announcing is enough.
* The CT are not allowed to give weapons to prisoners or favor some of them (special treatment).
*CT must not give Ts free shots (i.e. shooting them for no reason) & of course must not do free kills.
* When the CT is surrounded by terrorists , at this point the CT can warn shoot all the terrorists that come too close.
*Music can only be played if it’s part of a game or during freedays if no one complains about it. Any other use counts as mic spam.
*CT are not supposed to provoke Ts to rebel. i.e they should not intentionally stand at a distance from where one can be easily boxed. If a CT does that , T can rebel him w/o getting killed.
*CT are not allowed to go inside the middle cage. If they do, they can be killed by the Ts even if they are freezed but if that T start rebelling other CT, the prisoner can be killed.
*If any CT accidently (or by mis-understanding) freekill a T, the T can be revived by any of the admin or he should be given a freeday next round. Gunroom camping is restricted for CT at all costs.{ special day or normal days are no exception to this rule }.

*Terrorists can only be killed when :
-He loses a game.
-When he cheats.
-He is afk, rebelling, escaping or hiding (Do not kill AFKs immediately, you can kill them after they failed the first command).
-Entering Restricted area.
-Carrying a gun (unless he got gunfeeded or picked it up accidentally).
-Attacks, or tries to attack a CT.
-Throws a nade on CT.
(If nading has already been restricted)

-Rules for T’s:
*The prisoners are trying to find a way around them by managing to rebel, or staying alive as the last one, in order to receive a “last request” where they can compete against the remaining officers. They spawn in a cell provided to them.
*If a CT finds a T escaping through vent, he can be immediately be killed.
*When the cells open, the Ts are supposed to obey to the given command.
*If there is no Simon to command them. Ts can go at anyplace, do anything. (freeday/special days is a different case )
*Ts can shop for any item or any power by typing “/shop” in chat.
*The last remaining terrorist earns his last request. He can compete against the other remaining CT with several games.
*You can bet on any of the team for coins by typing “/bet” in chat.
You have the choice to rebel. But by rebelling you are allowing yourself to be killed, unless you kill all of the guards of course. Rebelling is actually the fun part of the game, it’s what give jailbreak its FUN factor. You should always try to rebel when the guards are not looking at you or are preoccupied elsewhere. (though its not a compulsion, you can always be a good boy also)
There are many ways to rebel in Jailbreak. You need to know that this is only the basiCS of the game. Play it! experience is what gives you the skill.

Other-
In case if the Simon is rebelled and he dies then its job of other ct to become Simon and continue to keep the order. In case of no Simon situation t’s are free to roam anywhere in the map, ct cannot kill any t till there is no Simon but the rebeller T {i.e. the t in red uniform} is to be killed on sight.
In case of a new Simon he has to specify the ground Rules for all t, all the commands given by previous Simon gets reset.

4. Common Games Rules –

-Simon Says Game:
Simon says is a very common game on the jailbreak, and therefore it’s important to know its Rules. After the CT have sent the Ts to a location, one CT can start the game by declaring himself Simon (Simon says I’m Simon) or announcing the start of the game. After that, only commands, that are prefixed with Simon says are valid, and have to be followed by the terrorists. Any other commands are invalid, and fulfilling them results into loosing the game. The goal is to trick the terrorists by saying those invalid commands in between the valid ones, and confuse them that way. The game itself has to be ended with the simon says-prefix as well (simon says, simon says is over), otherwise it’s still active. Example:
Simon says, I’m simon.
Simon says, crouch and stay crouching.
Simon says go to a corner.
Ok, get back in the middle again, we’re going to do something else. –> People fulfilling this command fail at the game and gets killed.
Simon says make a line in the middle.
Crouch and follow me to the pool. –> People following fail as well.
Simon says is over now. Crouch and follow me. –> People following fail as well, Simon says is still active.
Simon says Simon says is over (or: Simon says we are going to stop playing simon says now). –> Simon says has ended.

Conditions:
- CT can only start simon says if the majority (= more than the half) of Ts are together on a specified location (cage, line, pool, soccer field), whereas cells are excluded.
- Simon says can’t get combined with other games.
- Last/First Reaction Game:
Pretty much self-explainable game. Can only be played with a few Ts left, otherwise its hard to determine the last one. The CT ask the Ts to make a line to have a better overlook and to do more fair commands. After that, the commanding CT announces a command, prefixed with last reaction. The very last terrorist fulfilling this, gets killed.
First reaction is the opposite, and usually gets combined with last reaction.

Conditions:
- Last reaction has to be fair. When they’re at different positions and you do a last reaction to a different place, it’s often not really fair. Try to pay attention on that.
- Only the commander is able to kill the loosing T, however, he can ask a teammate for help on his decision.
-Saw Game:
{ it basically means Spell A Word }
The prisoners are lined up without any gaps & not facing each other. The Simon has to tell the way of counting the Ts(e.g: counting will be start from left of the prisoner who wins). The Simon Tells a word to them by prefixing (e.g: My first word is….).The first one to type that word wins and then he tells a number so that the T who would be standing on that number will get killed(The direction of counting would already be told by Simon before). However, This game can be modified in many ways like typing the word in reverse order , make a sentence of a word etc.

5. Special Days Rules :

1) Freeday: Ts can run around on the map freely without any CT taking order. CT in the starting have to specify their commands
e.g. gunroom and gunroom corridor restricted. Any one seen with nade or weapon to be killed immediately.
Ct can only restrict 2 areas. The area is not necessarily gunroom or corridor.
CT can only execute a terrorist if he/she enters the gunroom or corridors, rebelling or having gun or throwing Nade’s on CT. Also keep in mind, when a ct is outside their area t’s can rebel that ct. But while outside the ct can shove any t approaching near him.
CT cannot shove Ts in this day other than when the ct is out of restricted area.
2) Freeze Tag Day: Ts will be given some time to go around the map. Ts can go anywhere in the map including gun room & corridors. They have to run from getting tagged by the CT. CT have to run before Ts and touch them to make them tagged. Once a T gets tagged, he can be untagged by his T partner by touching him again. A T can only be tagged 3 times in a round. If he gets tagged again he will be dead. Cell camping is restricted.
3) Hide & Seek Day : Ts will be given some time to hide anywhere in the map. CT just have to find the hidden Ts all over the map. Ts will be given nades & CT would only be able to box. But the speed of running will be more with CT. Cell camping is restricted.
4) Zombie Day: CT are basically the zombies. They will be given 2000 HP. CT have to kill the Ts by boxing & Ts can use any weapon to kill CT.
Note: If ct take hp/armor then their hp will shift from 2000 to near 200, so it’s advisable for ct not to take hp.
5) Shark Day: CT will be given no-clip. They have to stealthily kill the Ts & Ts have to seek for the CT to come out of walls and kill them.
6) War Day: CT will be given some time to only go to any open area/football field. Then both the Ts and CT have to fight with guns! ct cannot camp in gunroom or gunroom corridor/area. 7) Night Crawler Day: CT will be invisible & Ts have to seek for the CT & kill them.
8) Spartan Day: Ts will be given shields with deagles and CT will be fully armed & then they have to just fight!
9) Deathmatch Day: Ts have to kill each other with guns to get Last Request. It is totally your wish to make teams or to backstab or to play solo. CT can only give HP to Ts when no T has any objection with it. If all the alive Ts agrees to give HP then they may get HP as per CT choice. CT should not shove Ts in the round.
10) Dodge Ball Day: Both the teams will be given unlimited balls. They have to throw the balls on the opposite team members to make them dead. CT are given 200 HP & Ts are given 100 HP.
11) Space Day: CT will get armed by AWPs and Ts will get scout gun to fight with each other until one of the team dies! CT will get more HP then Ts.
12) Knife Day: All the players will be unarmed & they all have to fight just by boxing. CT will get more HP then Ts.
13) Lava Day: Ts have to stand on the sprays all the time. They have to shove each other so that if any T goes out of spray area will be shot dead by the CT. But if a CT stands on any spray, Ts can kill them w/o getting killed but they will have to drop the gun immediately. Cell camping is Restricted, corner camping is also restricted. Gun room & corridors are restricted. CT cannot shove Ts at any cost.
14) Gravity Day: Gravity will be set to be low in this day. Ts have to jump all the time throughout the round. They have to jump & then shove and kill the other team mates. If a CT find any one not jumping, he can kill that T immediately. Ts are not supposed to rebel in this round as it ruins the whole day. Cell camping is restricted. Gun room & corridors are restricted. CT cannot shove Ts at any cost.
15) Nade war Day: In this day t’s have to kill each other using nades provided. Ct are also give nade and they can choose weather to kill each other or be cooperative.
16) Gang War Day: Groups are made out of terrorist team and they have to kill the other group members. As the players of a group are eliminated the team is divided again and the same process goes on until only one prisoner remain, who will choose lr. Ct are not to shove t’s at any cost.
