ok so i follow the instructions here http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=45976 to install entity grabber. it works fine but i have a question. how do i make it so everyone cant use the plugin. when installed everyone can use grabber if they have the commands and all i can figure out how to do is specify certain ppls commands not all users
