Can evereyone to write the sourcemod plugin like this:
--if cvar set to 1, this plugin will be kick any IP, steamid which is not assist in the .cfg ( if cvar set to 0, plugin will not kick any ip, steamid)
--to add possibility to add information about this IP, steamid (team of this ip,steamid and real his real nick in this team) and it must to pop up when entering to the server (it must pop up if cvar above set to 0, ip, steamid must check in all cases)
Please help, create this plugin
