So here is my idea:

A plugin can be made in 5 seconds if you are, lets say an experienced coder.

I want a plugin which awards players by their activity.

5 minutes on the server => +1 point
10 kills => +1 point
10 assits => +1 point

Trust me: assists are harder to get than kills :D

say in chat !points will show you how many points you have

points are stored (prefer not db)

why ? you have sqlite in the sourcemod, no need external

this plugin counts assist, im pretty sure that you have to work more to work with L4D

left 4 dead has assist also it is called protecting and for infected when smoker constrict a survivor and horde attack that guy its called assist

atm the plugin do:

!loyal - you can buy slot and see how many poitns you have
300 points = 1 week slot

!loyal x - see how many points does x have

Plugin can use both MySQL and SQLite.

atm: 10 kills = 10 assits = 10 minutes playtime = 1 point

That seems pretty reasonable. Any date for a release? There's a similar plugin being worked on, but I don't think it's going to be supported at all.
