I have a 10 slot private server. There is supposed to be 4 bots per human. These are standard condition zero bots. First player joins, 4 bots join, second player joins and 3 bots join. The last slot never gets filled because I think the bots are set to reserve a slot for humans but I want to eliminate this. I've searched for weeks to find this simple thing but am having the hardest time.
