[REQ][TF2] Create health pack

I'm looking for a TeamFortress 2 sourcemod plugin that lets an admin create a health pack where they look.


Option to make usable by everyone or just admin would be nice
An option to choose the size of the health pack small/med/large would also be nice.

there's a plugin that spawns hp's on medic player death. i am sure that can be messed with so it does what you want.
