You don't have to add your modules to modules.ini, they will be loaded automagically (not a typographical error) if they are needed.

I had that problem too but i know how to fix it, i started to download plugin you need to download source and compile it otherwise it wont work +karma

There's no way that you can get that exact error due to you not compiling locally. Also, our compiler on SC works splendid. You should never get an error while hitting "Get Plugin" there. The plugins in the archive also works flawlessly.
