[REQ] Special TF2 Slot reservation

Hey guys all reserved slot plugins i found did not that what i wanted them to do so is it possible to get a plugin that lets for example join 32/32 players and when an admin joins it autokicks the player with the shortest connection time?

All slot reservation plugins just keep 1 slot free but thats not what i want i want that that 1 slot can be used by a regular

if you really want shortest connection time, modifying the plugin isn't that hard.
