[REQ] [L4D] - Remove 'alltalk' tag from private tag list

If you host a left4dead server, you know the horrors of having your private tags truncated.

If they do get cut off, your search key won't usually work, and other bad things happen.

I know that 'sourcemod' was is from the private tags in the 1.2.1 snapshots, and was wondering if it would be possible to not let the game add the 'alltalk' tag to the private tags.

Could you elaborate on what the horrors are that you are talking about? I'm totally unfamiliar with this problem (as far as I know) and I've been running a server for months.
