Create a cooldown for jointeam command.

Hi everybody, I need a plugin wich add a cooldown of 5 minutes to the command jointeam, because in hl2dm some peoples join spectator in fight when they are close to death.


This is for HL2DM

So in form :
1) The plugin block the command "jointeam" if the player had used it x minutes ago.
2) The plugin must be configurable by the ConVar "jointeam_cooldown x" with "x" the time between two command.

Yeah this is a really good idea. Or if someone can block the command all together for cs?
