auto map change ?

is there any simple plug that can change to special map when X players are connected and back to the last map when the X players changed back below the max?

this one (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=68668) is perfect but one problem, it changes the map (nextmap) only after the ROUNDS are over :(
i tried for hours to fix it and make a force change map but all i got is a reload and reload and reload for no reason :(

if any one can help i would be grateful!
