Plugin Request: [no CD] higt kill ratio kick

a plugin who kick (and display disconnect message like "get Cheating death for play here) players who have name beginning by [no CD] and a kill ratio too bing (so cheating-death mod optionnal )

ok i put it with compile.bat and it worked. just the websites compiler SUCKS. If BALIO is reading this, fix it.

Hi, I just tried installing this plugin on my DoD v1.3 server, but it's not working properly. The server does say it's running properly if I do a amx_plugins call, but when I joined without CD and just had my wife keep running at me until I had 22 kills and 2 deaths, it still didn't kick in and boot me. Then I tried adding her manually, and it stored her SteamID properly and everything, but she could still connect in without any problems without CD running. The only things I had running on the server were amxx and cheating death.
