lj sound trouble

i get this error message in my server console

Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/mod_godlike.wav for transfer
Warning: Unable to open sound/misc/mod_wickedsick.wav for transfer

i dont know what is happening, i tried taking the sounds off in total, but it still happened. This isnt really important, but it is nice to see your server start up with zero error messages

Are those sounds on the server?

they are on the server now in the .../cstrike/sound/misc/ file

i have these 3 sounds

godlike.wav
perfect.wav
wickedsick.wav

also i just noticed that since i moved them into the .../sound/misc/ directory another file has been created that was not of my doing.

perfect.wav.ztmp

i have no idea why it has been created, and im not sure what it does
Also i dont know why the error message says

no idea what the "mod" is for.

The ztmp file is just a compressed version of the file. It does no harm.

I don't know the requirements of permissions on the file but maybe changing the permissions might help. I'm not sure but you can try it.

Don't worry about the .ztmp files. They are used for faster downloads.
And your problem is actually very simple.

Sounds on your server:
godlike.wav
wickedsick.wav

Sounds trying to be sent to the players:
mod_godlike.wav
mod_wickedsick.wav

So, what do you think you should do?
