Plugin request: Awp AND semiauto-snipe limit

I currently use the awp limiter plugin on my 24 slots pub to limit the awp to 2 per team. It's not ported to AMXX yet but works great anyway.

Is there any way someone could modify the plugin to restrict the number of semi-auto snipe per team in the same way? Full restrict seems to much to me, I feel it's ok to have a few.

Something that would work for the shield would be nice too.
