assuming that ur server is home hosted (if not, take it up with your provider)

well this happened to me, and the problem was that i didnt open the door to my server ip from my firewall. without doing so only people behind ur firewall (your LAN network) can access your server. And since u are behind it, u can connect to your server.

mmmm as for doing that.....i have no idea, my dad is a programmer and he did it for me. But that is probably what is happening. Also i know that u have to shut off iptables or something.

google that shit and u'll probably find ur answer :)

For sure, if it is based off of hlds at home, post the output of the console when started up. (Why you have setmaster's in their, i have no idea.) Who set that up for you? Obviously if you dont know what your doing, you diddnt.

The only reason I've seen someone use those is for no-steam servers, you shouldn't need it since Steam aquires the master servers' adresses automatically.

Well, a friend said to me to those setmaster thing. But I removed it.

I dont have a firewall or anti virus or something else in my computer.

The ports I have forwarded is:

TCP & UDP 27015, TCP & UDP 27005 TCP & UDP, 1200, TCP & UDP 27000, TCP & UDP 27020,TCP & UDP 27010 and TCP & UDP 27030-27039

Guys, I think that the problem is solved.

When my friends join my server from the steam chat or what it is the server IP for them is 127.0.0.1

Thats why the server is not responding.

How can I change the ip to 87....

Thats your internal ip (127.0....) only people behind your router can connect to that ip (lan) Whatismyip.com and see if people can connect that way. And run teh steam updatetool

Wrong. That is the loopback ip.
