I have dedicated server and ip always changes and if my com turns off server will shut down too... So how can i make a host that can be always ONLINE and no ip change?:shock:

you can make a host by either buying a game server from a company, buyin a a dedicated server and leaving it on all day al night, or leaving your computer on al lday all night

No such thing. But the cheapest way if your hardware and bandwidth can handle it is hosting from your home.

You use DynDNS or another alternative so you'll just give your hostname and not IP your IP address that changes each and everytime. All they have to remember is myserver.hostname.com and then add the port.
but they have to add same server to favorites every day :S

Try different internet package that let you have static ip, yours is currently dynamic ip. It means you will get a new ip every time you connect to your gateway.
But I think turn on your PC 24/7 is the best solution(free), electric bill expense will less than changing to new internet package LOL.
Static IPs are usually really expensive to get. If you want one you have to contact your ISP. I use DynDNS and it works wonderfully. The only bad thing is that Steam will only store IPs and not domain names. You can input a domain name and port but it will resolve it to an IP and save that.
If you have a dynamic IP you are not gaurunteed a single IP for any amount of time regardless of whether you turn off your computer or not. It is mainly determined by whether or not your modem is on all constantly AND maintains the same connection the whole time. If the connection is broken for any reason you are likely to get a new IP.
When I connect from outside my house I use an alias defined in my config to get in: alias myserver "connect myserver.mydomain.com:27015"
I type "myserver" in console and I will connect regardless of my IP because I'm using DynDNS.

even if you don't turn your pc off...IP will change....once in 24 hours internet cnnection will automaticly reconnect/reset

If you have a Dynamic IP, your IP will always change, when it changes is up to your ISP.
If you have a Static IP, your IP will never change, unless an unforeseen event happens that results in new IPs being assigned
"REAL IP" is normally referred to as your Internet IP, which is why I linked you there. And also, you did NOT state "REAL IP that neva changes", I quoted what you said.

ok this is my solutuion on the static/dynamic ip quest :)
do follow:
1. go to www.no-ip.com (http://www.no-ip.com)
2. register and download a client
3. log in on your new no-ip account.
4. go to: "add host">fill in hostname + a free adress (ex. .zapto.org or no-ip.org)
5. now go to www.whatismyip.com (http://www.whatismyip.com) and copy the numbers
6. choose "port 80 redirect" under "host type" fill in your ip and port (port standard 27015).
7. now "Create host"
8. start your no-ip client and fill in your login info / you may have to put an "X" in the box next to your new awsome dynamic ip adress).
PAOW! now you got a dynamic ip adress that you and other can join the server with.
ex: "connect VariousFixedMyProblems.no-ip.org"

i cant connect to my domain name with CS 1.6
all no-ip servger won't help you, or at least nobody will be able to add your server to favorits cuz when you add server to favorits it resolves host name ip and adds only it, not the domain

You need to include the port "connect whateverdomain.com:27015" (I think this is only required if not using port 27015 I don't know for sure).
Also, make sure that your domain resolves to the right ip address to see it the dynamic ip notification is working correctly.

i create a server with HLDS Console on vps
vps configured with my doamin
i can add and connect with mydoamin and my port to my server
but a lot of my friends cant connect and add server with ip
