when you compile the plugin it checks the amxmod(x) setting. if you set amx to use cs1.5, then it compiles a 1.5 version.
look at your amxconst.inc

hmm :D i have 1 problem when i compile amx and Warcraft3 i received this error :(

open modules.ini and remove the ; from cstrike module

my error, missed thoose when rewriting the plugin. download the latest version (nightly CVS build (http://puric.inka.de/dopefish/warcraft3_latest.zip))

as for metamod: thats not an error. it says "Note:" not "Error:" It's just an information that you are using a new version of metamod.You can safely ignore it.
