I am trying to write a plugin to fix the current CS 1.5 hlds 4111e windows & 3111e linux Custom spray problem..
I was wondering if there is a way to have it overwrite the current file if there not equal in size?

For those of you that aren't patch and have sv_allowdownload 1 aka allowing files to be transfered including sprays. you are at rish of a sevrer exploit that anyone can download your files and get passwords ect. :?
