about new menu system

new menu system don't set menu display times?

like this

show_menu(0, mkeys, menu, 15, MenuName) //15 second later menu cancel

Nope, this has been requested here http://bugs.alliedmods.net/index.php?do=details&task_id=334&project=2 but you can make a task after 15 seconds and exec "slot0" (amxmodx 1.8.0) or use "menu_cancel()" native.
