biohazrd bug

When I installed biohazrd mod

+DM mod and sometimes:
2. when t kill ct, ct not transform to zombie, ct respawn to ct resp.
2.when ct kill zombie, zombie die and tranform to human in ct resp.
Who can fix this problem?
