Compiling issues!

I have read up as much as possible on this, but nowhere can i find how to compile the UAIO plugin. I know that you need PAWN or somthing along with AMX Studio but i have no clue how to use it.

And specifically with UAIO you need the .sma and uaio_inc folder with all the .inc files to compile it.
