CSSDM not working.. [Archive]

Hi

Just installed CSSDM 2.0.0, to my Source dedicated server.
But nothing works! (Only Mani Admin Plugin).

What's the problem?

P.S I've also installed Source Meta Mod and Source Mod

EDIT: Mani Admin Plugin neither work.
